VFC receives complete service requirements from customers to implement the service.
- Station Managers/Regional Supervisors assign tasks to technicians via FumiApp (VFC’s internal application used for management, monitoring, and progress tracking).
- Technical staff conduct on-site surveys, including goods, packaging, insects, shipment condition, port of destination, and chemical selection.
- Each fumigation type requires a different treatment plan; customers may contact VFC for suitable consultation.
- After the survey, technicians update information on FumiApp and discuss treatment options with Station Managers or Technical Department leadership.
Preparation of materials, equipment, and manpower according to the fumigation structure and applicable standards for the shipment.
Customers confirm packing schedule and completion time; VFC technicians arrive on time to perform fumigation.
- After completion, both VFC and customer representatives conduct inspection.
- VFC hands over the shipment/container and issues fumigation certificate upon request.
- Station Managers/Technical Department leadership monitor the entire process via FumiApp.
