- Station Managers/Regional Supervisors assign tasks to technicians via FumiApp (VFC’s internal application used for management, monitoring, and progress tracking).
- Technical staff conduct on-site surveys, including goods, packaging, insects, shipment condition, port of destination, and chemical selection.
- Each type of container fumigation requires different treatment plans; please contact us for consultation on the most suitable solution.
- After the survey, technicians update information on FumiApp and discuss treatment options with Station Managers or Technical Department leadership.
Prepare materials, equipment, and personnel in accordance with the container fumigation structure and/or the standards applicable to the shipment.
Customers notify their schedule and cargo readiness time; VFC staff will arrive on time to perform the fumigation.
- After completion, both VFC and customer representatives conduct inspection.
- VFC hands over the shipment/container and issues fumigation certificate upon request.
- Station Managers/Technical Department leadership monitor the entire process via FumiApp.
