VFC Fumigation
50+ Years of Experience
Founded in 1976, VFC originated from Fumigation Teams I and II under the Ministry of Agriculture of Vietnam, responsible for handling all import-export cargo fumigation activities during the early development of the industry.
After more than 50 years of growth, VFC has become the largest company in Vietnam specializing in stored-product fumigation, import-export cargo fumigation, and pest control services for residential properties, manufacturing facilities, and tourism complexes.

History of Formation and Development
1960
Established the Hai Phong Port Disinfection Team and the Fumigation – Sanitation – Botanical Division under the General Department of Agriculture in Saigon
1976
Established the fumigation teams under the Plant Protection Department
1985
Established Fumigation Company No. 1 (Hai Phong) and Fumigation Company No. 2 (Ho Chi Minh City)
1993
Merged Fumigation Company No. 1 and No. 2, officially establishing Vietnam Fumigation Company (VFC)
1994 - 1997
Expanded operations into agrochemical trading & distribution and PestMaster pest control services
2001
Equitized and became the first joint stock company in the fumigation industry
2006 - 2008
Launched and commenced operations of VFC Tower (Ho Chi Minh City) and Novotel Nha Trang
2009
Listed VFG shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE)
2021
Officially became a member of The PAN Group
